LOOK NO FURTHER AND TEAM UP WITH JEN!! She is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond and act, and she has a great sense of humor to offset the stress of selling a home. At first meeting it was very clear to me Jen means what she says-she is all about her client and truly has their best interests at heart. She assured me of this and proved it time and again while selling my home. I threw quite a few curveballs her way with timeline changes due to my leaving the state and ways I wanted to handle the sale. She met each change and hiccup with support, loads of education and information, and kept assuring me all would end well. And it absolutely did. I couldn't be happier! She even went out of her way to collect and forward several packages that arrived at my home after I moved! Jen had a competitive listing price based on research in the area. In a slowed down market she managed to market my property in a way that not only generated a lot of interest, but we got an offer and accepted in less than 2 weeks!! All of the paperwork that comes with selling a house was easy and streamlined thru her amazing assistant CJ as well as the title company. Selling a house while half-way across the country wasn't as stressful as it could have been as I genuinely trusted Jen and CJ. Jen also coordinated cleaners, maintenance, painters and inspections on my behalf. Truly a stress-free experience thanks to Jen. I wouldn't hesitate one bit having Jen and Compass handle my future real estate needs. I am just sorry I am no longer in San Diego to be able to!
